I'm Jennifer - the Founder of LISSOM and I'd like to give an order shipping update to our valued pre-order customers. As we've mentioned previously, we have started shipping pre-orders and you will be emailed a tracking number as soon as your shoes are dispatched from our warehouse. All pre-orders have been upgraded free of charge to 6-9 business day shipping (from 7-14 business day shipping), due to the delays our customers have experienced. Please note that your tracking details may still say Standard Shipping, however all orders have definitely been upgraded to the faster service. We are currently shipping our Black Soled Flyte orders and these should be completed early next week. We will then move onto the other colours which we expect to fulfil over the next week.
